Micro Reverse Chucky
The Micro Reverse Chucky is designed for ANY item that has an access hole too small for our Reverse and Mini Reverse Chuckies 3/4" diameter Arbor. It stabilizes your workpiece while reverse chucking.
The Micro Reverse Chucky consists of a MT2 Chucky Arbor, the Micro Reverse Chucky Cone, two 4" x 1/2"-13 Arbors and hardware. The Hardware consists of two Drives, the Stop Nut, an Allen Wrench and extra Set Screws.
Most Hollow Forms with this small of an opening are only 7" deep or less. The cone takes up approximately 2" of Arbor and Extension Length leaving approximately 6". However the Drive end can extend 1 1/2" to give an overall depth of about 7 1/2". More than enough for the average small opening hollow form.
For those of you that make deeper hollow forms, you can purchase an additional 4" extension - giving a maximum depth of 11 1/2". We do not recommend going beyond this length.
PLEASE NOTE: To ensure the integrity of our product, we will NOT sell the Extensions individually - UNLESS you are purchasing the Micro Reverse Chucky or already own one. Yes, we do check! This policy is to prevent "home made" versions that may not work properly with our Arbor/Extension.

A nice addition to the Micro Chucky is our Chucky Taper Arbor - complete details shown here. As you can see by the pictures below the Chucky Taper Arbor allows you to remove most of the tenon leaving only a small nub to clean up.
