Payment Options
PayPal is our preferred method of payment. Our shopping cart will automatically default to this method of payment. Checks and Money Orders are gladly accepted however we will not ship until the payment clears.

Shipping Policy
We try to ship all items via USPS Priority or Flat Rate mail We generally ship In stock orders within one business day. If this is not possible, we will contact you with a shipping date. Tracking and insurance or UPS shipping is available upon request. We will do our best to ensure your order’s safe delivery, but Rubber Chucky Products, LLC cannot be responsible for items once they are delivered to our shipper.
If ordering from OUTSIDE the USA do not use the Shopping Cart - you must contact us before placing an International order.
Due to International shipping costs and regulations, a price will have to be quoted before your order is accepted. Email us with your order and we will let you know your total cost including shipping. Customs charges are your responsibility.
Returns/Warranty
All Rubber Chucky Products, LLC items come with a full money-back guarantee, but we promise you won’t be disappointed! Within 30 days of receipt; if you don’t like it, simply return it for a full refund (less shipping). To obtain a full refund, please contact us at 248.877.0828 or Sales@rubberchucky.com for a RMA number prior to returning the item.
The safe use of our products is entirely the responsibility of the purchaser. If you do not agree with this, please immediately return the item. Your use of this product will constitute agreement to the above.
